Theresa, Founder & CEO
Theresa Dacio is the Founder of TCA, an AI-integrated talent management agency built on strategy, communication, and digital fluency. With two master’s degrees in both Business Administration and Speech Therapy, along with a global upbringing, she brings a multidimensional lens to modern talent management—one that fuses human connection with cutting-edge innovation.
Before founding her agency, Theresa worked in the digital tech space, later pivoting into speech and communication sciences. As a content creator herself, she has successfully negotiated and executed hundreds of paid brand deals—both for herself and others—giving her an insider’s perspective on what creators truly need to thrive. Driven by continuous growth, she’s developed hands-on experience in AI applications within the digital space and completed specialized legal training in contracts—equipping her to better support creators at the intersection of innovation and advocacy.
Today, she leverages that experience to build intentional, high-impact partnerships for creators and brands alike, using AI to amplify both reach and authenticity.
